During the End Phase, remove all counters placed on this card. If this card would leave the field, remove 1 counter from this card instead. After resolving all chains, place a number of counters on this card equal to the number of the type of effects listed below thats been resolved following the resolution of all chain links. A: A card or effect is activated from the graveyard. B: A card or effect is activated that would negate the activation of a card you control. C: The activation of the card "Balaenoptera svalbardi". D: A card or effect is activated that would negate the activation of a card your opponent control. E: A card or effect that is activated from the hand. You do not place counters on this card if effect (B) AND effect (D) are in succession with each other. When 5 counters are placed on this card at the same time, you win the duel.

Okay this card is pretty hard to pull off but at the same time the win condition is pretty easy. All you need to do is resolve a bunch of effects that in total equates to 5 chain links or more, and have all cards in that chain links be the type of card effects described in the card. However, you cannot have effect B and effect D in succession. So say i activate the effect of Balaenoptera svalbardi, and my opponent chains the activation of say Fiendish Chain, even tho no one plays it anymore, if i chain with something that negates fiendish chain, it automatically means I won't get any counters after all chain resolves. I'd have to chain with say cosmic cyclone, then if opp activates something else i can chain like nine pillars, then activate some card in hand or grave, but it would be pointless since nine pillars is ss3. 

 

An optimal scenario would be 2 activate Balaenoptera svalbardi, then hope ur opp chain ghost ogre, 2 which u can negate it, then activate some other eff in the graveyard so u can also negate it too. Thats 5 counters and thats automatically wins the duel for you.

This card fulfills at least 2 requirements, but because it banishes itself from the graveyard, its name is not "Balaenoptera svalbardi", thus you do not get 2 effects in the same chain. However, you can net your main boss monster from the deck which makes it very nice. You are running 9 copies if you throw in Tuna Princess

I was off by like 2 hours gosh are you gonna be this picky

 

The necrobumping rule has been made explicitly clear many times over; 12+ hours means that (while I will let it slide if it is within a few minutes, this isn't the case). Just be patient and actually wait. Not like the section gets enough activity that would push it to the next page within half a day.

 

Everyone is affected by the rule; you're not being singled out for being you.

I am being singled out for being me, like why did I get another 2 wp from Yui

 

Also my thread recieves no replies but that dude with the princess fire pit somehow gets 2 pages worth of replies, and the card isnt even that good cause it gets kaiju'd or masterpeace easily, like hell book of moon and chalice are a thing you know. His card design is boring and simple but he got 2 page of replies, while i spend super tons of efforts but it always get moved

Unless he defaulted on an explanation, you should've been told why you were warned (which I believe pertains to that thread in Debates that he told you to cite sources or risk a spam warn). Take it up with him, not me. As I've already told you multiple times, you are not being singled out because of who you are, but rather because you continue to break rules that you were expected to know/follow and thus are getting penalized (in this instance, you were just warned to actually wait the added two hours before bumping; other members have gotten the same reminder in the past). 

 

As for the other card, that was three years ago when activity on this site was higher than it is now, neither Kaijus / Master Peace existed (but yes, you have the other two options) and I wasn't staff at this time. Even if removal exists, that is no excuse for designing cards of that quality; especially when one of those options you claim is still Limited at this time.

Nothing, because:

  1. At the time you made said post, I had the previous one so the bumping rule doesn't apply
  2. More than 12 hours had passed since the last post, so even if you had made that, you would not be breaking the bump rule.

Now was it that hard?

You just hid my other post, like really?
