Requirement:

Make a card that can take control of an opponent's monster

Cards:

[spoiler=Card A:]

Over Access
Quick-play Spell
If you control a Cyberse monster: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent control; this turn, take control of it, also it becomes Cyberse, but your opponent takes no damage for the rest of this turn. When a Cyberse Link Monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon that monster. It becomes Cyberse. You can only use 1 "Over Access" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

[spoiler=Card B:]

Parshath's Raid

Counter Trap

If your opponent activates a monster effect while you control a face-up LIGHT Fairy monster: Negate that effect, then if that monster was on the field when it's effect was activated, take control of it until your opponent's next End Phase. If you control a "Parshath" monster, you can activate this card from your hand.

I was promised thieving so I am very disappointed in both cards.

Card A requires Cyberse, which could be fine aside from them being one of the most prominent types available. Spell Speed 2 gives it a lot of applicability here, and with Links being what they are, it just begs for setups. Also, potential easy nab from the Graveyard, without the common clause for that kind of effect for some reason. This feels kinda busted.

Card B… I mean it's less of a wide net, kind of cute, nice with an Archetypal Counter Trap. Parshaths are kind of difficult enough to get out to justify that last clause. But I'm just not getting the flavour. Raiding? As a counter? With Parshath? What's the connection to taking control of a monster?

Despite those objections, I'm more inclined to go with Card B here.

Let's see:

Card A

Unless you're playing Yusaku.dek / running Decode Talker, this card has no other use. I guess it lets you grab stuff to make En/Excode Talker, Honeybot or whatever Links that require Cyberse to make them, but yeah. Revival effect is a better version of Goyo Guardian; recall that it summons in Defense Position so you can't attack (but...if you kill another Link, then it's forced to be in Attack Position anyway). The strict OPT is fine, but yeah.

[Now why do I suspect Yusaku will get something like this at a later time?]

Card B

(Arch-Parshath and SR05 exists for a reason, guys)

I mean, it's another target for Arch to grab if you need to, but yeah, it does amount to another Divine Wrath / Solemn Strike clone albeit without the costs/destruction (but Ariadne makes the former point moot anyway), but you need a monster out. At the same time though, it usually means free stealing; least for SR05 purposes. Hand clause probably won't activate too much unless you actually get out Arch in the first place; no one runs Neo-Parshath outside of LP boost stuff, Darknight is an outlier and original is eeh.

The card technically works, but flavor-wise, I guess this is Parshath and other Fairies storming an enemy (idk, probably Diabolos and the guys from SD12). In a nutshell, just another card that goes with the new supports.

=======

Voting for card B as well.

A is technically fine, but either you have to play Cyberse or run a generic Cyberse ED monster to make it live.
