OK, where to start. 

 

Spirited Bellflower

 

While the summon condition is semi-lenient for what the monster is worth stat-wise and zero damage, it has a much larger risk factor. Main reason being: Effect removal is very existent and doesn't care about beating this over in battle.

But that aside, its effect is literally a better version of Chaos Emperor Dragon (sans the burn). There was a good reason why it was banned for many years, and still limited despite being errata'd. Sure, you need 3 Level 5s, but also note that you can technically use Astral Force on a Rank 3 Fairy like Angineer. (Rank 5 spam isn't common nowadays, but yeah)

 

Fix this card's Rank and redo the entire card to not be a more busted CED. Word of advice: Do NOT make a card similar to something on the banlist; which this is.

 

Other Xyz

 

I have removed this card as it not only shows zero effort in design for this section, but the name is also inappropriate. Do not post these types of cards outside of Joke / Overpowered Cards.

Zhao Yun

 

OK fine, it's a direct attacker with a good body but that's it. 

 

Cao Cao

 

While it is just a stat booster, 1000 ATK per copy of the two vanillas underneath is pushing this to crazy levels. You do need to make this standout from the other Level 8s, yes, but the stat boost needs to be lowered slightly.

Overall, you need to know about what types of cards exist at this time (as in the current gamestate) and what kind of designs NOT to do in this section. 

• Completely redo the Xyz with proper mechanics from the Wikia links, and not make it a strictly better CED. Having an unchainable CED effect is bad design.
• Cao Cao had a Fake Type, or one that does not exist in the actual game, so thread was moved to Experimental.
• Do not post Joke Cards outside of the specified section; which that other Xyz was.

While this is not being held to the same standards as Advanced Cards, stuff you make must be designed properly with balance in mind and show that you thought them over. It's okay to make cards for fun, but you will be critiqued on your cards being usable in the current game; even without the pressure to make them work in Zoo/True King/Magibullet/whatever the metagame is now.
