Shop Not Working

Hey! This is EpicBoss99. I went into the shop today to spend my points on the VIP upgrade, but found that it took my points but never gave me my item. I went from 1024 points to 24 points, but shows nothing in my shop inventory. It also shows that I purchased the VIP upgrade in the transaction history. How do I fix this?

Apparently the shop is busted so any name changes or VIP requests will need to be forwarded to the mods themselves for the time being. 

 

Hopefully this doesn't require having to get YCMaker over here, because all of you how dead he is in terms of activity.
