All Dragon monsters on the field gain 300 DEF. Neither player can Link Summon a monster with less Link Arrows than a Link Monster on the field. Monsters cannot attack, except Link Monsters. While 2 or more Cyberse Link Monsters are on the field, negate the activated effects of Cyberse monsters, Cyberse monsters on the field cannot attack, monsters cannot target them for attacks, also neither player can target them with card effects.

 

 

This card is a floodgate but NOT REALLY.

First effect is the Statboost, its a shitty mountain.

Second effect employs the survival of the strongest idea. You can open with Firewall, thus the opponent cannot Link Summon any monster but a Link 4, pretty good effect and works both ways.

Third effect stops attack, its like Belthink dragon, pretty good and work both ways too

Fourth effect makes it so that if there is 2 Cyberse Link monsters, it negates all the Cyberse monsters, but then cant you just go to a Link 4 then? 

Fifth effect protects Cyberse from attacks or effects, but prevents them from attacking too

 

This card last effect makes it somewhat useful, but not being able to attack makes it somewhat less useful. Of course you can go into non-cyberse link monsters and the other to wall it out, but again, this goes BOTH sides.

The DNA Traps could make this card generically alright, but it'd be one of those combos where the 2 cards would be individually useless until you draw both.

I don't really see this card being used a lot until maybe Cyberse become meta.... 

 

How odd that it only increases DEF. That boost is technically weaker than Mountain.

Mountain also has "Peak Performance" in Duel Links going for it xD

If I had to come up with a reason behind its flavor.... hmmm.

It is somewhat of a firewall trying to prevent access by Cyberse into the space where the duel is at. It is making the allegory of a virus that Revolver is trying to get rid of.

It boosts Dragons because they breath fire, but firewalls are defensive programs so it only boosts DEF.

 

Yusei in 5Ds decided that the best strategy to go against an anti-Synchro archetype (Machine Emperors) was to make more baddass Synchros, so Revolver might be using more badass Links that way while going against Links :v
