3 Super Quantum Red Layer: Can be SS'd while you control no monsters.

3 Linkslayer: Can be SS'd while you control no monsters. Can discard cards to destroy opponent's backrow.

3 Kaiser Vorse Raider: Can be SS'd while you control no monsters. Gets +500 each time it kills a monsters.

3 Heroic Challenger - Assault Halberd: 1800 Cydra with piercing and searches copies of itself.

3 Twin Sword Marauder: Piercer that gets another attack after attacking a defender.

 

Spells: 20

3 Pot of Duality: Search stuff.

1 Reinforcement of the Army: Search Halberd/Marauder.

3 Hidden Armory: Search Equips at the cost of Normal Summons for the turn.

2 Fairy of the Spring: Recover Equips.

2 Mystical Space Typhoon/Cosmic Cyclone/whatever Typhoon you want

2 Axe of Despair: +1000 ATK

3 United We Stand: +800 for each guy you control.

2 Mage Power: +500 for each S/T you control.

2 Moon Mirror Shield: Lets equipped monster swing over everything.

For your ED, might I suggest Zubaba General; Number 39: Utopia; Cairngorgon, Antiluminescent Knight; and Number C39: Utopia Ray?

And for your deck, I suggest using some essential cards like: Rose, Warrior of Revenge; Shine Knight; D.D. Warrior Lady; and Shield Warrior.

And I know I'll get chewed out for this, but these always help me out in my decks: Mirror Force; Call of the Haunted; Dust Tornado; Ceasefire; Intrigue Shield; stuff like that. And some good spells could be: Burden of the Mighty; and: Sorcerous Spell Wall.

I feel like you are running too many monsters that depend on you controlling no monsters to summon.

 

Also, no Equip Deck is complete without 3 copies of Fairy Tail - Rella, which is a 1850 ATK monster which lets you search almost any equip spell straight from your deck.
