What you are trying to do is not how Ritual Summons are done in this game (anime-wise, fine). That being said, no card in this game has an original ATK or DEF higher than 5000; why does this have 8000/6500? Change this to a much lower value; given what this card does; should not be higher than 2500-3000 (at the same time, the Level can be reduced).

OK, we're stealing stuff from Dark Necrofear now? But that being said; does this card just end that particular battle or the Battle Phase in general. If it is the latter, then you need to tone it down. Last thing we need is a recyclable Negate Attack. 

Darvov Mage

 

Stats need to be slightly reduced; at most, 2800 ATK and I guess 2300 DEF (if using Number 32 as the upper boundary). Also, I will assume you mean Beast-Warrior monster. I also need to mention how dangerous it is to summon ANY Warrior / Beast-Warrior from the hand/Deck; go look at Zoodiacs and stuff like Blue-Eyes. Also common sense stuff like "you cannot summon more than 5 Tokens" (this is not the anime where Seal of Orichalcos exists). If you're referring to adding Counters, then fine, but where are you putting them?

Demon Soldier

 

Again, you must be careful about giving Decks an omni-summon card; especially one that doesn't have a hard OPT on it. As it stands right now, you literally have a walking Link 3/4 enabler with triple copies alone. Restrict the summoning targets and place a hard OPT on it.

 

Legions of Darkness

 

Need to mention where you are summoning these monsters; also stats are too high for a Level 1 with no drawbacks. Either increase their Level or lower their ATK, and put a restriction on their summon effects.

The 13th Necro

 

You do not DISCARD Xyz Materials, you DETACH them. While the permanent attack sealing effect is passable, why are you giving it 5 turn battle immunity (and how does this even fit into a Warrior deck)? But then again, some of the targets you'd hit with this will likely be ED fodder later. 

Underworld Prince

 

This is not the anime where you can treat used counters as legitimate Xyz Materials; the alternative plan would be to just have it attach 2 monsters in your GY (Graveyard) or hand as material if summoned by this effect. But to be fair, you should not be doing this kind of thing in the first place. Then again, this card's effect is a worse version of Number 11 (more/less) that also changes battle position. I also need to mention that Links / Xyz do not care about its effect due to having no Level to begin with.

I'll review the Spell/Trap Cards at a later time, but when you post cards in this section, intentionally broken design is not acceptable. You must actually make an effort to balance them. Morever, you need to use terminology that actually exists in the card game.

In a nutshell, you have a lot of work to be done; including how an actual Ritual Summon works.

I apologize if I am being harsh in this review, but you really need to balance out your stuff so they aren't busted and learn what kind of stuff exists right now.
