Effect:

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 Fiend-Type monsters from your Graveyard.   Once per turn, during either player's Turn: when your opponent uses a Spell Card. You can  negate the activation and if you do destroy it. Then destroy all other monsters on the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the combined original ATK of those destroyed monsters.

I like the concept of the card! I feel like it brings me back to the old days of Yu-Gi-OH!, where Egypt was the dominating theme for a lot of the cards. Now, onto the card effect. Although the Spell Card negation isn't too bad, it's made overkill when you can nuke during either player's turn and burn them on top of it, similar to that of the banned card Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End, except this card is even easier to get out if you're playing something like Burning Abyss or Infernoids. I think either take out the Spell Negate part or the "Destroy and Burn" part, and this card would be alright balance-wise! The ATK is very odd, but It seems easy enough to run over by your opponent, so it's fine by me!

I hope I was a little bit of help! Know that this is only my personal opinion, so you can take it for a grain of salt. Keep on making cards! :)

It works with halved stats converted into damage, and it has a 50 at the end of his own. That is going to be a real pain in the ass to calculate if you have another copy out.

Otherwise the ATK is not astonishingly high as to make it unbeatable. The DEF might be a bit too high (I think sitting on this card's Defense Position feels kind of cheap but also, not super problematic).

The effect is fine IMO. The trigger can only come from the opponent so you can't just flip up a Quick-play Spell and blow things up, which is a good balancer, and it only gets triggered on Spells so that's another good point going for it. Sucks on those Spell-heavy decks that wanna go turbo, but that sort of thing would either result in the game accommodating against it over time, or this not really causing any balance issues.

It is solid. The destruction effect affects your cards too so he'll probably be alone on the field often enough, and the burn is not as excessive as it might sound, with the Burning Mirror Force being essentially out. Your opponent can also diminish the damage by laddering into smaller monsters (now more than ever because Link Summon) or conservatively not Summoning anything until this card gets its once per turn effect baited out via a power Spell.

It is also a semi-nomi so it is not too uptight and can be revived, yet it needs a certain setup to come put, and reviving it as a quick effect is not gonna interrupt any chains so it is fine.

All in all, I like the card.
