Effect: Must first be Ritual Summoned by "Electrical Current". When this card is Ritual Summoned: You can return all other monsters on the field to the hand. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect. Each player can only Summon 1 monster per turn.

Effect: This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Level 6 or higher WATER or Thunder Ritual Monster from your hand. You must also tribute monsters on the field or hand, whose total Levels are equal to or more than the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. If a WATER Thunder Ritual Monster is destroyed by battle or card effects: You can banish this card from your GY; draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Electrical Current" once per turn.

A WATER/Thunder, huh? That's quite the unique typing you got here.

I find the 2 cards fair, surprisingly. The monster is strong for sure and that Summon lock would be a nuisance for the opponent especially after this monster clears the board of monsters; and yet, the card is held back by the inherent mechanics of Ritual Monsters, while the Ritual Spell doesn't offer any shortcuts to Summon it (e.g. banishing monsters instead of Tributes as the Shinobird Ritual Spell does), the monster's Level9 may or may not make it a bit impractical to Summon since you cannot Tribute, let's say, 2 Level4 or lower monsters, and on top of that the cards aren't searchable by either of the Preparation of Rites Spells so you have to resort to good old Manju/Senju/Sonic Bird and maybe Arc Light to grab the combo pieces. Also 2800 ATK is big but still manageable.

 

I would suggest to make it searchable by either of the Preparation Spells but... with such effects, IMO it is fine as it is.
