There are a couple problems with the card:

- For starters, we already have a Divine support Field Spell. "Mound of the Bound Creators." Helps a lot for those kinds of Decks.

- Counters probably shouldn't be generic. Probably make them Divine Counter.

- How the last bits confuse me a bit, but it seems interesting.

- Your Official Card Grammar has a long way to go before being adequate, so I would definitely work on that.

I made what I thought was a better version of the card that I thought would work a lot better with the included cards

Divine Tablet

Field - Spell

Each time you Tribute a monster, gain 1 Divine Counter for each. Once per turn, you can remove Divine Counters from this card to activate 1 of the following effects:

1: Special Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your hand.

2: Special Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your GY.

3: Special Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

If this card would be destroyed, you can Tribute 1 monster on your field or in your hand instead.

- Fixed the OCGrammar

- Gave the Special Summon mechanic a bit more utility

- Added a protection effect that also contributes to the Counters.

(To be fair, most new members don't have great card grammar (or knowledge of current existing cards / meta) either. Heck, when I joined a long time ago, I was in a similar situation.)

That, and Mound is technically general Level 10+ with that last effect designed for the God cards, but...nitpick.

I am going to assume the following apply for the effect, based on what I can decipher:

  • First effect should be "Remove 1 Divine Counter from this card; Special Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your GY".
  • Second one should be "Tribute 3 monsters you control OR discard 1 DIVINE monster; Special Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your Deck, ignoring Summoning conditions, then if you Tributed monsters, place 3 Divine Counters on this card. This is treated as a Tribute Summon."
    • OCG probably is wrong on last part, but yeah; also some ruling issues that may need to be addressed concerning treating SSing as Tribute Summons, etc.

I guess the first effect is fine if you need to revive Obelisk or something for game, but that's about it. Slifer is still hand dependent, and hell forbid Ra cannot be Special Summoned and ruined its entire thing in the anime/manga. Second one helps Ra not suck as bad due to that condition, but that's the only one who really cares about ignoring conditions; Slifer and Obelisk don't have this problem. Also skeptical of this being instant set-up for the Gods, but chances of you even having them in the GY when you summon another God is extremely low during most stages of the game.

For the counter thing, I borrowed Eshai's idea and used Divine Counter as it thematically fits.

Thanks for pointing out the Grammer.

Like Divine Counters sounds great.

Divine-Beast would work better as i was using Divine Attribute.

My focus was on Summoning the Gods without breaking the card.

Needs LV 10 or Lower because of "The Creator God of Light, Horakhty" didnt want sac three win game lol.

Know about "Mound of the Bound Creator",

made it field spell so you could summon More then one god using Divine counter.

Also allow for more strategies as Divine Counters are not supposed to be treated as normal summon.

Then I "Thought Armored Hardened Dragon" triggered off this card not sure though.
