When a monster your opponent controls activates its effect that targets exactly 1 Cyberse monster you control (and no other cards) (Quick Effect): You can make both that Cyberse monster you control and that monster your opponent controls have their effects negated.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect. If the activation of your Cyberse monster's effect is negated by an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster in your GY; Special Summon it. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.

Underclock Taker is nice for the fact its a generic Link 2 with a D and side Marker for utility while its effect also makes it effective for having your monsters get over your opponents.

Underclock Taker is really good, Scan Doll is bad but extremely funny. The other cards are just bad.
