You'll have to wait for SR06 to be confirmed; maybe they will, but chances are they'll go with another Deck theme. Why Konami didn't just give us SD11 and SD12 in the first place instead of making the new cards in those Decks Secret Rare in Strike of Neos / Force of the Breaker; we'll never know. (Then again, Diabolos, Recurring Nightmare and I guess Epidemic Virus were the only good cards out of that).

 

But...we're digressing a bit.

 

But main reason for this card, supposedly, is still being a generic Pendulum Tuner. Would've been nice to be able to mess your opponent up too, but likely would've been too much [take it as you will]. Will need to test this to see how it does [for own purposes; time permitting].
