Flick Clown

1000/1400

If you have no cards in your hand: You can pay 1000 LP; draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Flick Clown" once per Duel.

equip

Activate this card by targeting 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position, and if you do, equip this card to it. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster. Once per Duel, if this card is in your GY, you can activate the above effect by paying half your LP.

2+ Cyberse monsters

When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can Tribute 1 monster; Special Summon the destroyed monster to your opponent's zone this card points to, and if you do, this card can attack again in a row, on that monster.

Flick Clown

Is Flick Clown some kind of evil counterpart to Trick Clown or something? xD They are both Level4 clowns that involve 1000 damage, one by effect, other by cost. The reverse Upstart Goblin effect is sweet and emptying your hand shouldn't be big issue, but having your spend your Normal Summon on it isn't as appealing; depending on the Type, that may not be a problem or not, though. The card could get interesting if it's printed as a Performage and Konami unbans Plushfire and Damage Juggler. Also funny how it is an once-per-duel effect, as if taking into consideration that Upstart is currently Limited.

Wow, this looks really good to me. As a Monster Reborn for Level4 or lower Cyberses it is solid already, and the free revival makes it much better, even if it's only once-ped-duel; paying half LP doesn't sound too outrageous when some players are used to that amount with Hero Lives, Destrudo, etc..

This looks average to me. A rather passive effect, but once you get it going without disruptions, it can pretty much lead to OTKs and take some games earlier; be pro and play Scapegoat for Tribute fodder while your opponent controls a rather weak monster so you get to attack it at least 4 times. :v

Also I find the Link arrows kind of awkward; at least it opens one Zone for your in the EM Zone, but it also does for the opponent. Seems it is best played in a MM Zone pointing towards the EM Zone? IDK.
