The rules are as follows:

 

No Overpowered cards, be reasonable.

 

No breaking the 5000 limit for stats

 

If I feel a card is too powerful, I have the right to skip it.

Cheetah Racer Sogdo (Korean for "speed")

Level 4 | WIND | Beast-Warrior | Tuner | Effect

1500/1700

(1) When this card is Summoned: Place 1 Speed Counter on all "Cheetah Racer" monsters you control. (2) Once per turn: You can send 1 "Cheetah Racer" monster from your hand to the GY; place a number of Speed Counters equal to the sent monster's Level on "Cheetah Racer" monsters you control.

 

[No, I did not design this because of the September challenge, BUT I think I might add it to the thread as legacy support, which will count as fair game. I would advise you just sticking to the original idea though.]

Level 6 - DARK - Fiend/Tuner/Effect - ATK/2300 DEF/1800

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can decrease this card's Level by 1 up to two times, then pay 1000 LP for each Level you decreased by this effect. If this card is in your GY, you can target 1 "Darkest" Synchro monster in your Extra Deck, banish this card and monsters from you GY whose total Levels equal the Level of the targeted Synchro monster, the Special Summon the targeted Synchro monster(This Special Summon is always treated as a Synchro Summon). During your End Phase, if this card was banished this turn because of this effect, pay 1000 LP.

 

(This card actually belongs to the "Darkest" archetype in the Fake Decklist game. I'm gonna post it there as well.)

If Summoned from the Graveyard this way, banish this card when it leaves the field. A Psychic-Type Synchro monster Summoned using this card as Material gains the following effect:

●If this monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can Special Summon 1 Psychic-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard whose ATK is less than or equal to the amount of damage inflicted.

 

Must have a variant of Phantom King Hydride's effect (being able to be treated as a non-Tuner).

Maybe something that another Tuner can revive (ie, anything Level 2 or lower, a Level 4 DARK Machine, a Level 4 or lower Morphtronic/Speedroid/Alien, give it a revival effect that another copy of itself is a valid target for, etc etc.)

Has some sort of effect that allows using non-Tuner materials from the hand or GY when using it as material.

If you have no Spell/Trap Cards in your GY, you can discard this card; add 2 "Superheavy Samurai" monsters from your Deck to your hand. If the only monsters you control are "Superheavy Samurai" monsters and you have no Spell/Trap Cards in your GY: You can banish any number of monsters in either player's GY including this card then Special Summon from your Extra Deck 1 "Superheavy Samurai" Synchro Monster whose Level equals the total original Levels of the banished monsters (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

This effect cannot be negated, except by the effect of a Synchro monster. You can only activate this effect of "Boost Eater" once per turn.

 

Get annihilated.

 

Pick an otherwise useless (not a Fusion Material, garbage stats, not particularly well-supported) DM Normal monster , and support that monster specifically.

There's going to be some major ruling issues here, but yeah, make Xyz useful for Synchros now.

You can only use each effect of "Krawler Perineurium" once per turn.

 

Fun fact: Crusadia and Orphegel have Tuners, so why not Mekk-Knights, Krawlers and World Chalice?
