Blackwing the Bomb    DARK

Winged-Beast / Tuner / Effect

Once per turn, if this card is in the GY, target a "Blackwing monster: Special Summon this monster from your GY and immediately Synchro Summon a "Blackwing" monster from your Extra Deck. If so, that Synchro monster is treated as a Tuner. If you don't use that monster for a Synchro Summon that turn that it is Summoned, pay 500 times its Level; if you don't, destroy the monster.

This time, let's go for a Tuner that makes the Summon of Synchro Monsters that require 3 or more Synchro Materials easier (to the point of mentioning it in text, as the Star Seraphs do in their add-on effects). Extra points if it specifically helps bring out Chaos Goddess easier.

This card cannot be summoned. If you control a FIRE monster while this card is in your hand, you can banish both cards face-down, then Special Summon a FIRE Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its summoning conditions.

 

There's actually not many FIRE Synchro Monsters, so this was really hard to make, but also not having many would also make this card not be that strong, curiously.

If you control a monster without a Level, return this card to the hand. You can only Summon "Dragon-Horse & Xuanzang(s)" once per turn.

 

Based it off'a him. Hence why a monster on the field shuffles themselves a way-being introduced to a field means someone has to excuse him to show deference.

 

 

NEXT UP: 

 

You knew this was coming, folks. An Xyz Tuner, that can count its Level as its Rank when Synchro Summoning. The catch? It can't be part of an Arc-V archetype.

This monster gains 500 DEF for each Link Rating of each Link monster pointing to this monster. Once per turn, you can detach a Xyz material; Special Summon "Firewall eXceed Dragon" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can Synchro Summon a "Firewall" monster using both this monster and "Firewall eXceed Dragon", using their Ranks as Levels. When this monster is used for a Synchro Summon, that Synchro monster gains half of the combined current ATK and DEF. You can use each effect of "FireTune Dragon" once per Duel.
