Link Material Monsters: 2 “Altergeist” monsters
You can only use the (3)rd effect with this card’s name once per turn.
(1) This card gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of all “Altergeist” monsters that this card points to.
(2) When a Spell/Trap Card, or Spell/Trap effect, is activated (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 “Altergeist” monster that this card points to; negate that activation, and if you do, destroy it.
(3) If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 “Altegeist” card from your Deck to your hand.

Altergeist Materialization
Normal Trap Card

You can only use the (2)nd effect with this card’s name once per turn.
(1) Activate this card by targeting 1 “Altergeist” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it in Attack Position, and if you do, equip this card to it. When this card leaves the field, destroy the equipped monster.
(2) You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 “Altergeist” Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.

Haven't gotten around to making a Deck with these yet, but both of these cards seem pretty great for them, since you can get back a Link Monsters as well with the trap.

Altergeists really needed something with punch, and I think Hextia might be the one to deliver.
Sure, she can currently only point at one Altergeist at a time, but that's all you need.
Plus, her negation effect is pretty bonkers.

Nah, their only real issue is swarming, considering they have issues getting out more than 1 monster per turn.

These cards are amazing, however none of these is what the altergeist archtype really needs.

Funnily enough that is the main issue with the altergeist archtype, individually the cards are amazing, however they do not have enough synergy, they lack any enablers.

Hextia actually points Middle-Right. YGOrg made a mistake.

 

Anyway, both these cards are good. Looking forward to making Altergeist because of these.

A Link-2 with a down arrow that searches when laddered and negates is pretty freaking dope. Competes with Double Helix in terms of Archtype-specific Link-2's, but Altergeists don't have SPYRALs' infrastructure (give it time). Also worth noting that it can only ever point to one of your monsters at a time, but you can still use the negation multiple times by replacing it with stuff like Altergeist Materialization - which can in turn replace itself!
