...and an alternate text for this, since I originally had this lined up as a Normal Pendulum Monster, would have been, dis time, yoo'll be scurryin' fer da hillz a' da sight o' dis powah-hungry predador! (Tho' dis time, it don't wanna be fed, it jus' wanna hunt! Nyeeh!)

[spoiler=Red-Eyes Feral Panther Warrior: Info]

DARK/Beast-Warrior-Type Effect Monster/Level 4/2000 ATK/1600 DEF

Lore: If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 DARK Gemini monster from your hand or GY. You can only use this effect of "Red-Eyes Feral Panther Warrior" once per turn. You must make 1 DARK Gemini monster you control you control lose exactly 800 ATK, or make 1 other "Red-Eyes" monster you control lose exactly 1200 DEF, for this card to attack. If this card destroys a monster by battle: You can target 1 DARK Gemini monster you control; Normal Summon it as an additional Normal Summon.

Power, utililty and enabling of the Red-Eyes Geminis-its creation explains itself. Oh, and I owe some inspiration for this feline fatale to a far better cardcrafter than I who features on a certain place on the other side that's greener.

Update 1: Have three reviewers' worth of reviews to make this card's version 2, now with a 200 point reduction in the Gemini ATK drain, an optional 1200 DEF drain for Red-Eyes monsters to help this card specialize a bit in its own Archetype, and the removal of the non-attacking directly clause, because that put it even far behind its original incarnation.

Drearia, Eshai, and Sakura gave me the spark of inspiration for this updated product-show them some appreciation in kind, my fellow fans.

Or, it's actually supporting your Mystery Ghost Dragon LV archetype.

The utility of hand or GY is nice with the 2000 ATK beat-stick and is pretty interesting with the attacking cost. I am afraid saying "Normal Summon" without the addition part might mean that you can't Normal Summon the same turn you activate the effect, but idk whether or not that's true.

Anyway, pretty solid

Just post the Youtube link directly and it'll show up.

As for a ruling, you could always ask evil for one to clear things up and whether/not you need to put "in addition to your NS/Set" (maybe you should, but will need to check on other Gemini monsters). Or you can just treat the targeted monster as an Effect Monster, similar to Blazewing Butterfly. Think this one will be better in clearing up ruling issues, though it doesn't reset the stat loss that this card forces you to make in attacking.

At the bare minimum, you at least add more field presence for Red-Eyes so there's that, I guess. Flavor-wise, you at least kept the cost to attack; unlike that other user you linked to. IDK how useful it'd be in actual Red-Eyes outside the summon speed though. Should be okay.

Oh BD, you never fail to be over the top in your presentation. That aside, I have mixed feelings on this card. On one hand, this instantly gets to cards like Doom Shaman and Il Blud, has some great tooling with Red Eyes in being able to combo well with Insight among other cards. On the other hand, it makes a Gemini lose 1K ATK to attack and can't even attack directly, it only gives a NS to a Gemini you control for destroying a monster by battle, and in turn makes the Red-Eyes Gemini cards much weaker because you only have 800, 1400, or 1500 ATK respectively to work with their effects, one of which requires you to attack and the other whose effect is based on its ATK. I think there needs to be a happy medium here to make it work for Red-Eyes, otherwise this is best used for Gemini Zombies, combined with Catalyst Field and Il Blud as a good start to combos there. It's definitely good and has a lot of potential, just that like a lot of Red Eyes support, the restrictions are detrimental to being used in its own Deck.

seems the main issues are either A) related to the ATK drain effect, or B) to whether its Summon effect cuts into the Normal Summon for a turn. Originally, the latter point was due to me cribbing that part of the effect from Gemini Summoner/Super Double Summon, but I can easily establish that point more: this card was supposed to be in addition to the Normal Summon of the turn, and I'll get straight to establishing that.

The ATK drain effect, though....well, to make it more utilitous to Red-Eyes (and a bit less hazardous to their stats) I'll give an alternate way for this card to attack by taking off their DEF. And I've lowered the ATK drain by a bit to help make that effect a bit less hazardous to the LP health of the Duelist playing it.

Updated card should be above, and I thank all three of my wonderful reviewers for helping in making a good product from the BlaDeS of Change Workshop that much better.
