This does not seem like a good card. I guess situational decks could run it if that was the situation they needed to survive, but for any other deck, not good. Why would you do that? Most of the good Fusion monsters say they can only be special summoned by fusion summoning them. If that's the case, then why would you send them to the GY where they can't be summoned at all. And on top of all that, you have to pay 1000 LP? This card is terrible!

To get effects like that Predaplant and n'tss to immediately get removal for 1 card.

I could not find any source indicating that this actually got printed, so I assume you forgot to add the "Anime" tag.

Aside from using it for getting monsters in the graveyard for their effects ("Elder Entity N'tss" and "Predaplant Rafflesia" for example), you could use it to send fusion monsters to the Graveyard that are materials for other fusion monster and then fuse it using a card that lets you use monsters in he Graveyard.

Back in my day, people appreciated Gale Dogra. This card would be exellent,

N'tss alone makes this "destroy any card for 1k LP". A Spell that versatile would be great, and this would be more versatile still. It also gets necessary materials in-grave for cool Miracle Synchro Fusion, Miracle Fusion, Dragon's Mirror and Cyberdarkness Dragon shenanigans.

Kyumi, by your logic Elder God Norden was situational. This would do the same thing to N'tss that Instant Fusion did to Norden, and by that I mean make it into a staple for any Deck.

Remember, just because you can't properly Summon the card that's in your Extra Deck doesn't make it useless in that Deck if they can use it in another way.

Also I think you're forgetting it's Normal Spell that destroys any card on the field. Sure it costs 1000 LP and it costs an Extra Deck slot, but tbh no one really cares about that.

I think N'Tss is the least of problems here. I'm fairly sure this enables other problems that I am fairly certain are worthy of being worried about. In general, tbh, this card rings of being an enabler of those FTKs no one sees coming with 20 cards that are not used for anything else except these FTKs. This is definitely worth never seeing the light of day, and I'm fairly certain Konami didn't print this for that reason

It is not printed, it is an anime card. And a plot device to have 3 fusions, synchros and xyzs in the graveyards to use the plot device En cards against Z-arc.
