Consistency red_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1drdyellow_square_bullet_by_linux_rules-da5t
MEDIOCRE. The deck main search/draw power engines are "Magician's Rod" (search the archetype S/T, but sadly not "The Eyes of Timaeus") and "Spellbook Magician of Prophecy" (searchs Rudra and draw 2 cards), they depend on your Normal Summons, which sucks sometimes. Your other search options are "Apprentice Illusion Magician" and "Illusion Magic" to get your main play enabler, "Dark Magician", and finally "Dark Magical Circle", which is not the best searcher.

Power red_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1drdyellow_square_bullet_by_linux_rules-da5tgreen_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1d

GOOD. "Dark Magical Circle", "Thousand Blades" and "Dark Magic Attack", with the immense ways to get Dark Magician on board, these cards can be real disturbance and threat to your opponent and might take him a game. There are also "Ebon Illusion Magician" with his adorable removal effect and "Apprentice Illusion Magician" with her cute 2k boost.

Comeback Ability red_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1drdyellow_square_bullet_by_linux_rules-da5tgreen_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1d

GOOD. The Deck's comeback ability depends heavily on the Spell/Trap lineups, sometimes it can be crucial against deck that sided heavily against backrow cards BUT now we have "Dark Magician the Dragon Knight". "Magician's Rod" recycling ability can be considered good since that means you are getting a search, but it needs a good established board.

Protection red_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1drdyellow_square_bullet_by_linux_rules-da5tgreen_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1d
GOOD. The Deck's only protection option can also bring their own demise: "Eternal Soul", especially now that there are many many cards that pop backrows, BUT AGAIN, "Dark Magician the Dragon Knight" is here to save the day. In other words: "Eternal Soul" + "Dark Magician the Dragon Knight" = Safe Zone on 3k legs.

Versatility red_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1drdyellow_square_bullet_by_linux_rules-da5tgreen_square_bullet_by_hiredsamurai-da1d
GOOD. The deck works perfectly fine with outsiders, such as handtarps, "Windwitch", "Spellbook/Prophecy", and also has access to Rank 7/LV9 Synchro pool that has pretty good BOSS cards. Also, there is a Turbo build that uses Destrudo-Ravine engine to get "Dark Magician the Dragon Knight" without "The Eyes of Timaeus", but it's not as consistent as this deck.

What's the role of Night's End Sorcerer in the Deck?

Have you considered Dragon's Mirror? Unlike Timaeus it's a +0 Summon and you can use a dead Crystal Wing as material; you could even use any of the Clear Wings instead of the Windwitch Synchro in the Windwitch ladder, but you would be missing the burn from the latter.

Night's End for Vermillion or Azure-Eyes.

I will test Dragon's Mirror! and might include Destruso engine too.
