H - Heroes Hope

Spell Card

Shuffle 2 "HERO" Monsters from your GY into your Deck, draw 1 card. (Quick Effect): you can banish this card, 1 "E -" Card, 1 "R -" Card and 1 "O -" Card from your graveyard; increase the ATK and DEF of all "HERO" Monsters you control by 2000 and all "HERO" Monsters you control are unaffected by your opponents card effects until the End Phase this turn. You can only activate each effect of "H - Heroes Hope" once per turn.

 

E - Elemental Energy

Spell Card

Target 1 "HERO" Monster you control, the targeted monster is unaffected by your opponents card effects until the End Phase this turn. (Quick Effect), while this card is in your GY: target 1 "HERO" Monster you control, increase the targeted Monster ATK and DEF by 1000 until the End Phase that turn. You can only activate each effect of "E - Elemental Energy" once per turn.

 

R - Resolute Resolve

Spell Card

Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower "HERO" Monster from your GY ignoring its summoning conditions. The Monster summoned by this effect is unaffected by your opponents card effects until the End Phase this turn. You can only activate "R - Resolute Resolve" once per turn.

 

O - Overturn

Spell Card

Target 1 "HERO" Monster you control, the targeted monster can make an additional attack during the Battle Phase this turn, if the targeted Monster was a Fusion Monster: all other "HERO" Monsters you control can make an additional attack during the Battle Phase this turn. You can only activate "O - Overturn" once per turn.

 

So these cards act has HERO Support for all HERO themes while H - Heroes Hope acts as a pseudo HERO Flash that gives all your HERO Monsters a massive state boost and effect protection in addition with Heroes Hope it also accommodates to E-HERO's where it allows you to use E - Emergency Call over E - Elemental Energy since the card states a "E -" card instead of the cards name. In all this support allows HERO decks to act as a more combat efficient archetype.
