And joke cards are intended to be posted in the Joke and Overpowered cards subsection of Casual Cards. Just read and follow the rules (especially since some of them differ in other sections) and you should be fine. Welcome to Yugioh Card Maker. Enjoy your stay. Not saying that you can't make cards based on memes and still keeping them balanced, but yeah. You can also try to critique other people's cards too as that will boost your post count as well. I also see that you tried to host a contest, but...it's advisable you wait a while until you get some experience here so people get a feel for your personality and all.
