DRAGON RULERS RE-ERRATE (+ New Fusion) - Written By ABC Gun

I decided to give the Dragon Rulers a re-errata. They are now Nomi, and no longer have the effect that returns them to the hand (to avoid the player abusing their effects for advantage). Also, you can only use any 1 of their effects per turn, and none of their other effects that turn. You must now banish monsters whose total Levels equal 7 or higher to Special Summon them with their effects, and they cannot toolbox themselves, but they can each other. In the cases of Redox and Tidal, their discard effects now deal with Dragons specifically. But as a plus, I gave them a high ATK Fusion that can banish them by name to activate its effect, and when you do, you can apply an effect based on which one you banished.

 

*Note* I at one point thought to make them support Wyrms as well as Dragons so they could synergize with the True Kings and True Dracos, and then I stopped myself b4 I got banned from this site 4 life ::

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned with its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only activate 1 of the following effects of "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos" per turn, and only once that turn.

● If this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can banish from your hand and/or Graveyard, exactly 2 other FIRE and/or Dragon-Type monsters whose total Levels equal 7 or higher (max. 12); Special Summon this card.

● You can discard this card and 1 other FIRE monster, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

● If this card is banished to activate a card/effect: You can add 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand, except a FIRE monster.

● If this card is banished to activate a card/effect: You can add 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand, except an EARTH monster.

4 Dragon-Type monsters with different Attributes (1 EARTH + 1 FIRE + 1 WATER + 1 WIND)

Must be Fusion Summoned with the above monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be used for a Summon. While face-up on the field or in the Graveyard, this card is also EARTH, FIRE, WATER, and WIND-Attribute. During either player's turn, if your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s), or if they activated a card/effect that Special Summons a monster(s) when it resolves: You can banish 1 "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos", "Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders", "Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms", or "Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls" from your hand or Graveyard, then negate the Summon or activation and banish that card(s), and if you do, apply 1 of these effects depending on the card banished to activate this effect;

● "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos": Destroy 1 card on the field.

● "Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders": Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard.

● "Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms": Add 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

● "Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls": Send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
