Cannot be Special Summoned. To Tribute Summon this card face-up, you must Tribute 3 Counter Traps you control. This card's original ATK and DEF is the number of face-up LIGHT Fairy monsters you control x 1000. While "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, this card is unaffected by your opponent's Spells/Traps, also you can activate Counter Traps from your Deck, but banish those cards activated this way instead of sending them to the GY after they resolve.


​Yeah, I made a "True Draco-like" Counter Fairy, and she's so nasty. It can't be Special Summoned to that there is no way to abuse this card anymore than you can already, it requires 3 Counter Trap Tributes to Tribute Summon it but you can still Tribute Set it with 2 monster Tributes, and its ATK and DEF can be as high as 6000 if all monsters you control are face-up and LIGHT Fairy-Type. The big point to this card and what makes it truly nasty is that while The Sanctuary in the Sky is face-up on the field, it becomes unaffected to your opponent's Spells and Traps and it lets you activate Counter Traps directly from your Deck (but then banish them if activated this way after they resolve), however if you combo this with Guiding Ariadne, Angel Paladin Arch-Parshath, Synthetic Seraphim (hold on I'm getting somewhere), and any Counter Trap that negates the activation of a card/effect like the Solemn series, you can not only set up a very reactive and aggressive defense to your opponent's card effects, you can bring out bigger Fairies like Arch-Parshath and the Seraphim Tokens from Synthetic Seraphim to make powerful Link Monsters (Skulldeat, the Chained Dracoserpent) and do so with little cost.
