Piratas are based around Warrior-Type WATER Monsters that disable your opponent's hand through forced discarding. This allows a beatdown tactic to be formed once your opponent is immobilized. They are based around pirates and pirate roles on a ship. Let's get started! MONSTERS https://imgur.com/lVQruv4Captain Pirata is the beatstick of the Deck. Once your opponent is unable to reply to your cards, Captain will deal the brunt of the damage, as well as protect your other cards. He also has a nice search effect when destroyed by battle. https://imgur.com/epqHeptFirst Mate Pirata is merely a support card. This card could be used as a last resort, but could also be paired by Tributing a Monster with an effect activating in the Graveyard. Possibilities are larger in number with this card. https://imgur.com/r0sM5dPGhost Crew is the draw engine of the archetype. It's attribute doesn't allow it to mix with the other Monsters, therefore is merely for the draw power. https://imgur.com/a/gHFN4Master Gunner Pirata helps stall for time while you assemble the cards necessary for a hand-wipe. he also provides a helpful burn effect. https://imgur.com/a/gnO7jThis is the integral card of the deck. Navigator Pirata gives the continuous discarding effect and gains a boost when Captain Pirata is on the field. This is the card to keep alive as the duel progresses. https://imgur.com/a/6iiEWQuartermaster Pirata should only be used after the discarding has been done. It serves as a substitute for Captain Pirata and provides an easy Tribute for First Mate Pirata in order to negate the troublesome effect. It also helps weedle down your own hand of bricking cards if need be. https://imgur.com/a/8PATwRigger Pirata is a nice Flip card to add to discarding power. not special in any respect, once flipped, it offers as fodder for First Mate Pirata or for a Tribute for Captain Pirata. https://imgur.com/a/a7XGaStargazer Pirata is a bait card for your opponent's attacks. It, again, can also be used as fodder for various other Tributing effects in a desperate scenario. https://imgur.com/a/3nKhQThis is a hybrid of discarding power and beatdown-ing. It is a useful card for both playstyles and has only a minor balancing effect. SPELLS https://imgur.com/a/vGwxEThis is the Field Spell of the archetype. It assists in discarding greatly and gives draw power for yourself when destroyed. It also provides a buff to keep Monsters like Navigator Pirata on the field. https://imgur.com/a/twKMaPrata Flourish is a bait card as well as a standard equip for Pirata Monsters. TRAPS https://imgur.com/a/TFnGWThis is the archetype's counter Trap and gives your opponent cards that you can cause them to discard at your leisure. https://imgur.com/a/GDqpjPrivateer Pirata helps with discarding and provides fodder for Tributing effects. [i'm not scolding you, but just some things to keep in mind.] 1. If you choose to post images for cards, make sure they're actually in the thread instead of being hyperlinked to Imgur. We know that the automatic uploader is shot, but there are a few workarounds. (In your case, just right-click for the image URLs and place them between IMG brackets. At the bare minimum, the effect text needs to be underneath the card (because it makes it easier for users to review your stuff as opposed to trying to read the effects off a tablet/small screen and straining one's eyes).
