I'm serious though, he jumped like 5 stories, and hooked onto a helicopter 

 

Story = 4 Meters

An average helicopter can reach a top speed of somewhere between 130 and 140 knots, which comes out to about 160 mph= 257.495 kmh

 

He starts at 0 kph and gets to 160 kph near instantaneously, let's be nice and say 1 millisecond Delta V/T so acceleration comes off to be 257490 m/s^2 

 

Force = ma= 22659120 N

 

Total Resultant Force is the sqrt of the sum of the squares of the x and y direction forces

sqrt((88×257.49/0.001)^2 + (88×9.8)^2) = 2.26591 × 10^7

Let's give Oliver 16 inch biceps so the radius of his bicep is 8/pi Inches which is 0.06468 Meters 

 

Area of his bicep comes out to be 0.013142 m^2

 

P = F/A so 

 

(2.26591×10^7)/0.013142

 

Pa 1.724174× 0^9 Pa =1724.17 MPa

 

Yield Strength of Steel is 690 MPa

Bone is 104 MPa
