Thomas★Zero
2+ Cyberse monsters Once per turn, before damage calculation, if your monster this card points to battles an opponent's monster with higher ATK than it: You can make that monster unable to be destroyed by that battle, also you take no battle damage from that battle. After that damage calculation, have this card or 1 monster it points to gain ATK equal to the ATK of that battled opponent's monster, until the end of this turn. So with Encode Talker coming to the TCG next week something I came up with as a funny combo with summon it was summoning this through scapegoat if you get a Link Spider and a Proxy Dragon to make Encode then finally turn one token you control into attack position ram it into an opponents big monster only to trigger Encodes effect where Encode basically gains Honest Boost Level of ATK to run over things. :P So guys what are your thoughts on this along with Encode Talker and the new Cyberse Deck coming to the TCG. Abdelrahman
Decode Talker is better going first, this is better going second for OTKs. Its effect is good for OTKing, but 2300 is easy to get over, so it's mainly an OTK card, which is fine, but using 3 monsters for this in an OTK Deck just doesn't seem worth it. ~~~~
I'm excited for this card's release because it means I can get my Tri-Gate Wizard finally.
~ P O L A R I S ~
Fairly counterintuitive in that you have to give up one of your attacks to trigger its effect, and you'll have to have been able to get out 5+ monsters undisrupted to get it to boost something other than itself which you'll probably have to for any kind of OTK involving it, which isn't easy to do going second especially against competitive decks. I feel like Powercode Talker will be much better than this for what it does and has a completely generic recipe, but this could be fun to try in the mean time to boost certain multi-attacking monsters like Rampage Dragon, BLS, Ultimate Conductor and Crimson Nova.
