My explanation of this mechanic: https://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/367824-let-me-explain-unified-synchro-summon/

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 1 face-up Level 8 "Stardust" Synchro Monster you control to the GY while you have a "Synchron" Tuner in your GY that was used as a Synchro Material. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only Synchro Summon "Rev-Up Stardust Dragon" once per turn. If exactly 1 monster would be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, except a Synchro Monster, or if another card/effect activates that destroys a card(s) on the field: You can Tribute 1 monster you control, then negate that Summon or activation and destroy that card. During the End Phase, if this card was Tributed to activate this effect: Special Summon it from the GY, and if you do; draw 1 card.

Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 1 face-up Level 8 DARK Dragon Synchro Monster you control to the GY while you have a "Resonator" Tuner in your GY that was used as a Synchro Material. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only Special Summon "King Red Dragon Archfiend" once per turn. After damage calculation, if this card battles an opponent's monster whose original ATK is less than this card's ATK: Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with ATK equal to or less than that monster's ATK. Once per each End Phase: All other monsters you control that battled an opponent's monster this turn gain 500 ATK. This card must be face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.

If you go to the link where I wrote a post about "Unified Synchro Summon"; that explains the mechanic these cards use for themselves. Each of them is an upgrade on the monsters they were inspired from (Stardust Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend respectively). King Red destroys monsters based on their ATK instead of battle positon and instead of destroying your monsters that don't attack during the End Phase, it boosts the ATK of those that battled a monster this turn. Both these monsters are meant to be just all around better versions of Stardust Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend, but without having to make a bloated and hard-to-summon evolution for them.
Hope you enjoy.
