During your opponent's turn, if this Set card in the Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Special Summon it. If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During either player's turn, you can reveal 1 Set "Artifact" monster in your Spell & Trap Card Zone; Special Summon that monster, and if you do, add 1 "Artifact" monster with a different name from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Welder of Artifacts" once per turn.[/spoiler] I really like... legacy support. I wanted this to play a key role in the archetype by enabling resource replenishment, giving them longer/more powerful plays without the fear of overextending.
