​A while ago I looked into Pendulum Monsters in the manga and I found out about the Overscale Pendulum Summon and it blew my mind; this is exactly what I wanted from Pendulum Monsters, not just Extra Deck Pendulums like Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon or Supreme King Z-ARC but Pendulums that can be Pendulum Summoned regardless of what cards are in your Pendulum Zone but of course at a cost. So I tried my best to make some Overscale Pendulum Monsters, but I never felt good about it I felt that I needed to do more or to write the condition in a way for people to easily understand what I was trying to do. The following are rules that I've been trying to abide by when making Overscale Pendulum Monsters
● Overscale Pendulum Monsters themselves are Nomi or Semi-Nomi monsters.
● This kind of Pendulum Summon ignores the Pendulum Scales of the cards in your Pendulum Zone, but as a trade-off you must pay a cost written in that Pendulum Monster's Summoning condition. You can also have restrictions on where specifically an Overscale Pendulum Summon can be conducted from (your hand or face-up in your Extra Deck).
● You can also have a condition (in addition to everything else) that could state a specified number of monsters you can Pendulum Summon at the same time as the monster with the Overscale Pendulum Summon condition, usually I went with only that monster and nothing else.

​There's also the Transcendant Pendulum Summon from the manga (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Transcendent_Pendulum_Summon) but its basically a watered-down version of what this type of Summon is, just thought I'd let you know about it.
