Monster Scar Runes [Counter Trap]

So it get rid of opponent's back-row and monster with some risk involved. Combined with nowa for good times for sure.

 

Monster Scar Runes: Counter Trap

 

When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card while you control a monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only activate 1 "Monster Scar Runes" per turn. During either player's turn while this card is in your GY except the turn this card was sent to the GY, while you control a monster when your opponent Summons a monster(s) with 1000 or more ATK, you can banish this card from the GY and discard 1 card then, have your opponent roll 2 dices and if you do; banish that monster(s) with 1000 or more ATK, if the roll with the lowest result is equal to 3 or less otherwise, negate this card's effect. You can only activate this effect of "Monster Scar Runes" once per turn.
