So this updated version of the HERO Deck applys the use of A HERO Lives and Instant Fusion to get the best use out of Xtra HERO Wonder Driver while also generating you the Fusion for your graveyard to access Legacy of a HERO. Also if you ask about using both Recall and Dark Bribe its more so a case of having some negation while considering that I already have a lot of LP cost cards including a HERO Lives cutting my LP by half for its cost. In all the deck can effectively use Fusions and Link's.

Ok, I might need some explanation on this:

- Why 2s of everything?

- Why Terra Firma?

- Why both Steam Healer and Mariner? (I'd understand if you had 3 Instant Fusions but...)

 

There's also a few questions regarding particular card choice vs others, but until I can really understand what this deck aims to do (as well as why 2-ofs for everything, that really baffles me), I can't really say anything.

Well its sort of how I end up building my deck with basically 2 of everything to fit everything in while having a good number of copy's to use as well.

Ehhhh it sounds consistent but it really isn't. 2 in a 40 card deck is the same chance of drawing as 3 in a 60 card deck. Try changing some numbers around on more important cars.
