Echo27
Overwatch Alive summons from where?Overwatch Recall is by far the best card in the deck. It's a theme ROTA with additional effect, cool.Honor and Glory is a bit conditional, but fits the theme.Soldier 76 is quite weak for level 8, I would go into psy-framelord omega to be honest. D.va is effectively a board wipe/hand trap. It's decent card design.Cxyz Reaper just made the deck even more inconsistent because now you have to play Rank Up MagicAlso, it doesn't have an effect to create more Death counters. Maybe you can detach 1 xyz material to spread death counters on all opponents monster? it makes it not worth running in a deck because inconsistency and no long term use.The other xyz monster has good stats, but that's really it. The LP gain really is quite pointless, as it doesn't shift the game, it just lets you get further in the lead, and nor very rewarding to play over say, Castel for removal and Dark Rebellion (lmao) for pure damage.Reinhardt isn't a contact fusion? With those stats??? No protection, even it's a TANK hero? I would just steamroll over it with my dark hole or castle or whatever, and you just lost tempo. It's not worth playing, especially there isn't a archetype specific fusion for him.Widow is a nice splashable hand trap that albeit is target removal normal summon, it still is pretty good. Lucio is good, but it's basically a Kagetokage (or Goblindbergh rather) for the archetype and requires you to have a level 4 in hand to use it. It's on field effect is terrible.Mercy is a good, balanced card that temporarily gives equipped monster stat boost, then summons itself and one other Overwatch monster. However, if your monster gets destroyed or removed from the field, Mercy also gets destroyed, and doesn't get it's second effect off. Good design on this one. Pharah is just a good temporary removal beatstick, and it's fine I guess. A little boring though, but I would definitely be playing 3 of these. When I saw Tracer, I was like.. Why isn't this a level 4? It's hard to make even the archetype's own synchro with it, and it's got bad stats. Doesn't fit into the archetype theme, but I can see where you are coming from. Make Soldier 76 a level 7 with less ATK and a relevant field effect, problem solved.Winston is just designed to go with tracer to make 76. Noting beyond that. I can tell you made these two cards at the same time. The real question is: Why should I not play 'The Tricky' over this card? 'The Tricky' is just plain superior to this, and you don't even need 'Overwatch' non tuner for 76! anyways, make it into something other than a special summon to go with tracer for 76, make it unique!Just general notes, before I give my final verdict: Crop the images before you put them into yugioh card maker!! it's really annoying to see these stretched and compressed images!! Final Verdict:Theme of archetype: Weak There isn't anything joining these cards together, just name and the source material.Original material (and how true these cards are to it) : Goodas I can see it pays close detail to what these guys do in Overwatch (Which I assume was the point)It's really on point, so good job for this aspect.Strength of archetype: WeakIt's really one of those 'filler junk' archetypes that get pushed out. It isn't overpowered, which is good. It isn't intended to be competitive so, its no real problem.Other:Seriously, those uncrossed pictures are really triggering me. Crop them next time, will look drastically better and give other people a better first impression of the cards. Anyways, it's pretty fun to do reviews 9this was my first in a long time) so thanks, I guess, good job, and keep on creating ^^
