Fruiota_Hiroshi
The Ultimate ShayminLevel 8LIGHT Plant / Synchro / Effect2800 / 24001 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monstersUnaffected by your opponent’s monster effects. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster on the field: It loses 1000 ATK and DEF until your opponent’s next End Phase. When either player would flip a coin (except for this card’s effect), you can flip a second coin: If heads, you decide the result of the first coin toss. The first effect is loosely based on Natural Cure for Land Form Shaymin, the second was inspired by the anime's version of Seed Flare (though it ended up being more like Flash), and the last, Serene Grace for Sky Form Shaymin. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card's fighting for space with Stardust, PSY-Frame Lord Omega, etc. First effect is technically okay, but most it does is prevent your opponent from using Cross-Domination or whatever (iirc, there are a handful of cards that stat drop nowadays, but those instances are rare and you got bigger problems than stat drops). Second one is only effective against Arcana Force, new Barrel Dragon stuff and so forth; luck-based cards tend not to do well in design because of its reliance. Yeah, you can screw them over but that's about it. If you really wanted to adapt Serene Grace, you could just have it pump one of your own effects or adapt the Serene Grace flinch combo it's known for in Ubers. Natural Cure could just be changed to effect immunity, which would do far more than just blocking stat changes. (You can make the decision on whether to protect targeting, destructive or both types of effects). ====Not saying that you should scrap this card, but as it stands, card has a very specific niche and what it does is usually not required/needed. Just retool the card to better fit in its abilities and make it worth a slot in the Extra Deck. (The above Synchro 8's I mentioned are still doing well as generics)
