If this card declares a direct attack, before the Damage Step, your opponent can target 2 monsters they control and if they do; your opponent takes no battle damage from this card's attack. If your opponent targets monster(s) with lower DEF than this card's ATK they control for this card's effect; destroy the targeted card(s). If your opponent targets monster(s) with higher ATK than this card's DEF they control for this card's effect; destroy the this card.

a double edge sword effect, takes longer to make this card "effective" even with its oddly high attack but, if your opponent attacks this card with a high atk monster, the controller of this card will not take all that damage.

 

 

02) This card can not target your opponent's monster(s) for attacks and This card can attack directly.

-A Straight forward part of the effect as it can only attack opponent directly.

 

 

03) Your opponent targets 2 monsters they control.

-If your opponent controls only 1 monster they can not trigger this card's effect since they do not meet the requirement. Keep your opponent down to 1

 

 

04) If this card declares a direct attack, before the Damage Step, your opponent can target 2 monsters they control and if they do; your opponent takes no battle damage from this card's attack.

-A interesting hindering effect, right? This card's ATK can become pointless even though this card have high ATK.

 

 

05) If your opponent targets monster(s) with lower DEF than this card's ATK they control for this card's effect; destroy the targeted card(s).

-Monster with lower DEF than this card's ATK are destroyed by this card's effect

 

 

06) If your opponent targets monster(s) with higher ATK than this card's DEF they control for this card's effect; destroy the this card.

-A built in self destroying effect that can be achieved easily.
