Blake Posted December 5, 2017 Report Share Posted December 5, 2017 Today in "Cards I did not know existed", I ran into a guy running this in D/D to make Perpetual King Archfiend of Crystron Needlefiber easily. While the guy's deck was hot garbage, this still seems like a neat little card. It doesn't negate what it summons, it doesn't care about your boardstate, and it works with Grinder Golem. Not really sure what would actually want this, as even the D/D use seems like you're tempting fate, but it's certainly a decent card by its own merits. EDIT: Mill Infernoid Antra (2000 DEF) and banish another noid to revive it. Then use its "Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; return it to the hand." effect to bounce Grinder!!! You can keep using Antra as long as you have noids to banish. Making perpetual king (or a good card when one becomes available) is just icing. EDIT: This can also summon Infernity Archfiend or Necromancer. I'm actually loving this card. You need to first go into a Cyberse Link 2 that has at least one down arrow to go Link Spider/Linkuriboh + that monster into Akashic. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Spinny Posted December 5, 2017 Report Share Posted December 5, 2017 I knew it existed due to my dark world fiasco deck (i looked at loads of fiend types) but since it didnt fit in i dismissed it, i feel as though it's really inconsistent in general but perhaps im wrong, it may be worth my time to try and make it work. Main issue being that if you run octhros, you rely on having this card in your hand or normal summoning it, but if you normal summon you forgo both using this card and using grinder golem for the turn, which is really quite awful. And yes allure is at 3 but from playtesting fiends so much it still isnt enough tbh :I Looks like fun though :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
