zepheris
The deck's themes is the weeds that grow in or around graveyards. There's 2 parts to this archetype, the "weed" cards that swarm themselves incredibly easily but have terrible stats and "cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon." The other half are the Graveweeds, requiring full fields to summon and having mediocre stats, besides terribly restricting your plays while in the graveyard. Why would anyone use such an archetype? Well, you can send them to your opponent's graveyard instead. All earth/plant Weed PrimerLevel 3Atk 200Def 300Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. When this card is summoned, send one weed card from your deck to either player's graveyard. During your standby phase, if this card is in your graveyard, summon it. Fairly simple, since all weed cards summon themselves from the graveyard. If you send a card to your opponent's graveyard, it'll summon itself and clog your opponent's field. If you send one to your own, then just use the card. Weed SwarmerLevel 3Atk 400Def 100Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. When this card is summoned, summon one weed card from your deck to either player's side of the field, in defense position. During your standby phase, if this card is in your graveyard, summon it. Similar to primer but works faster. Self explanatory. Weed SearcherLevel 3Atk 100Def 400Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. When this card is summoned, add one weed card from your deck to either player's hand. That card cannot leave the hand except by setting it on the field. While that card is in the hand, that hand cannot contain more than 6 cards. During your standby phase, if this card is in your graveyard, summon it. So that you can clog your opponent's hand as well. If you play this effect 6 times, he cannot play at all, unless he gets rid of those cards from the hand, which would clog up his field even more. Strong willed weedLevel 3Atk 500Def 0Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. During your standby phase, if this card is in your hand or graveyard, tribute one non-"Weed" card, summon it (This is not optional). If this card is summoned, destroy one non-"weed" card on your side of the field. You can discard this card; send it to your opponent's graveyard. You're not meant to use this card. It's for your opponent. Fast growing weedLevel 3Atk 0Def 500Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. When this card is summoned, summon one "fast growing weed" from either players deck or graveyard(This is not optional). During your standby phase, if this card is in your graveyard, summon it. Not only does this card swarm to easily summon graveweed cards, you can fill 3 slots cards on your opponent's side of the field with just this card. Weed callerLevel 3Atk 300Def 200Cannot be used for a tribute, ritual, synchro, xyz or link summon. When this card is summoned, send one weed card from your deck to either player's graveyard. During your standby phase, if this card is in your graveyard, summon it. A second primer. I ran out of ideas, but I absolutely needed 6 cards for the archetype. It's identical to primer with just a slight atk/def difference. Before you complain, remember, metalfoes, igknights. Trap cards Weed removerCont.Once per turn, destroy all weed monsters on the field, then deal 300 damage to your opponent for each one. Weed returnContOnce per turn, if you control no monsters, special summon as many weed monsters as possible to both player's sides of the field from their respective graveyards. House of weedContEvery time a weed card leaves the field, select a graveyard. The weed card goes to that graveyard. Once per turn, you can send one weed card from either graveyard to the other graveyard. Weed herbicidecontOnce per turn, you can shuffle 5 weed monsters from either player's graveyard into your deck, summon one weed monster from your deck. Fusion cards: Graveweed spellmiesterAtk 800Def 2005 monstersThis card can only be summoned (from your extra deck) by tributing the above monsters you control and cannot be summoned in other ways. During each of your standby phases, if this card is in your graveyard, tribute one spell card on your side of the field.
