Lv 4 EARTH
Cyberse/Effect
1) Once per turn, during the Battle Phase, if this card battled a monster: You can activate this effect; immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 Cyberse monster from your hand. 2) If this face-up card leaves the field because of an opponent’s card effect while its owner controls it: Draw 1 card.
ATK/1900 DEF/600

Intresting how this Normal Summons monsters during the battle phase also the additional draw is nice if your opponent destroys it by an effect.

1900 is pretty beefy and its float isn't based on destruction but any effect removal (except spinning) which is honestly almost as unique as its first effect.

That extra Normal Summon could be cool, but Balancer Lord feels like it does it a bit better since it is unconditional and you could extend a bit more before entering battle. On the other hand, this card's combination of effects lets it dodge/mitigate all hand traps where Balancer Lord cannot.

Can't really be compared to Balancer Lord.

Balancer Lord gives you an additional Normal Summon for the gamestate, which can only be gained once per turn. This is closer to Ma/Pahunder, Kerykeion, and Sombres, where it gives you another NS at that exact time.

It's interesting that this card can chain copies of itself out, but being limited to summoning after battling a monster feels a bit optimistic. I also hate that the float doesn't work with that quickplay spell.

I mean, yeah, but they both give Normal Summons to Cyberse.  They can be compared in the same way as Double Summon can be to Arrivalrivals, since that is essentially what they are in monster form.  There really isn't any point in comparing it to other monsters that operate the same effect-wise since they summon out completely different targets.

This thing's 1900 ATK is pretty good when talking about Cynet Backdoor as well.  Enter Battle Phase, Attack with this then activate its effect, chain Cynet to it, Search whatever then Normal Summon whatever you just searched.  ROM Cloudia/Cyberse Gadget/Cliant would be able to trigger/gain their effects which is pretty cool.
