Your opponent cannot target or destroy this card with monster effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): you can target 1 monster you control in a zone this card points to that has a Level, increase this cards ATK equal to the targeted Monsters Level x 200. If this card destroys a Monster in a zone a Link Monster points to as a result of battle, destroy all monsters your opponent controls, then, this card can make an additional attack during the Battle Phase this turn. Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this effect.

So this acting as a form change or alternative Link 4 in Rokket/Borreload this card can be a dangerous powerhouse since it can protect itself from your opponents effects while allowing you to target it with Monster effects. In addition it also has a ATK boosting effect that can trigger the Rokket Monsters effects and also if this destroys a Monster in a Link Monster Points to destroys all your opponents Monsters and gives this card an additional attack making this a game finisher.

 

This card effectively a powerful card for Dark Dragon decks like Rokket where you can even summon this and then if possible summon out a normal Borreload into a zone this points to.
