Hm, not sure what to think about this, Hextia will get 2500 with this, though that's four monsters, seems a bit much to me. Odd that it's last effect is by battle when the others are from anything, what makes this so powerful than it couldn't have that as well?

Yeah, IDK why it's battle-oriented either on the last effect. The revival effect already got enough restrictions as-is, since monster can't move unless this does too. Probably could've kept it standard.

 

I suppose they worry about the Link laddering after you get something out, because this CAN revive other Links (assuming you have that zone open). But that being said, Altergeists aren't particularly dangerous right now, sans for maybe the other Links and still have speed issues, so...
