If you are getting pics off the internet (which I assume most people do), then you need to get the image URL and copy that into the upload box. Be warned that some sites like Pixiv and so forth don't allow this, and thus you will need to reupload it to Imgur or another image host. If you made your own pics, then upload them to another host and get the URL from there. ====Or you can make them while not logged in, because the picture function works fine there.==== That being said, did you read the sticky thread at the top of this section?
