Let's see what's on my list:

Today (well, it's close to 4 am Christmas Eve right now)

- Probably finish up the gifts I have for some of you, which is either cardmaking or GFX stuff. Will update my thread with stuff later.

- Likely Ultra Sun/Moon stuff

- Drawing

- I think parents and I are going out to dinner down the street.

- Working on reindeer drawing.

- Watch movie (depends on what)

Christmas Day

- Open presents / give parents theirs (as I had to buy them after work today)

- Probably enjoy the day with music and stuff.

- Likely watch that animated Rudolph movie I have on my Chromebook (or YT) a couple times.

- Usual stuff

Also get stuff ready for 26th because I work. (So yeah, I'm technically staying home for a lot of reasons; most pertain to lack of ability to travel here).

Last 2 days: Drove for 16 hours, staying a night in Frankford, Kentucky. Arrived in Madison, WI and spent the rest of the day with my dad's sister and nieces.

Today: Gonna spend more time with them doing some last-minute christmas shopping and possibly have our christmas day with them tonight.

Tomorrow: Drive up north to Rice Lake to see mom's side of the family.

27th: Drive down to Chicago to pick up my other sister who has to work Christmas day, then drive up to Janesville to stay with some friends for New Years.

Today I'm heading over to my cousin's house to spend time with my mom's side of the family. Doing a yankee swap with younger cousins there, I'm contributing this blow-up bubble ball (cooler than it sounds).

Tomorrow I'm chilling with my dad's side of the family and friends/other family will be coming in and out the door throughout the day. Gonna get drunk!

Shame I couldn't get off work Tuesday :T

This Christmas has nothing for me. Sister's gone, Melly's not able to be around and has computer issues, mom sinking deeper into depression by the day, and Christmas is only accelerating her descent.

Having to cook for a bunch of people who don't do sheet to help gparents out/can't even bother to help wash plates doesn't help, either.

I just want this year to be over already. I can't imagine the next will be worse.

Yesterday I was in Oregon for a family gift exchange.

Right now I have an hour left of work, then I need to find the effort to wrap all the gifts I was able to afford to get.

Tonight I'm helping in 2 churches services, one of which is at 11 pm, which ought be be great considering I woke up at 1 am.

Tomorrow is Christmas, so I guess I'll be celebrating that with family. Honestly I've kinda mentally checked out so I don't know what my plans are.

The day after I start work at 3 am, so I'll be up at 1.

Gotta love the holidays.

On the 17th my mom's side had a get together at Swiss Chalet (but this time, my stomach felt much worse than even the last time I went to Taco Bell [though that was much, much better than I'm used to feeling afterwards, so here's hoping they keep the quesarito], so that may be literally it for anything involving chicken there for me) since I believe the most commonly cited reasons being, not wanting to cook for so long, and kind of getting sick of squeezing into my grandmother's small apartment. We picked names for not the first time, since we finally decided a good number of us are not financially stable enough to give gifts to everybody.

I will say this, when we used to go to the grandma's, it was on the 25th, now the only thing we usually do on that day is open presents within the immediate family. I thought it might be nice to go see a movie on Christmas day for once (not just myself, the family of course), but I can guess it being even more packed than a normal release day, so I really don't want to even suggest actually doing it.

For today, we always hang out with the other side of the family that's around here, my aunt and uncle's. Since last year, this is also a time of name picking. But I do have a cousin that's a little too young for that, so we all get presents for her. This day of the year is usually when I get the most diverse choice in food to eat, unless I'm going to an all-you-can-eat place (though let's be real, it's basically one itself on this day), so I'm always pretty excited about that, being they way I am (but shouldn't be).

I feel like I see enough bits and pieces of (and occasionally whole) Christmas movies before now to not need to bother with that whole kind of thing on the actual day, so other than that, nothing so different than usual.

Helped clean and go to stores on Christmas Eve. Then waited until guests came over. We had less for this year's Christmas Eve, and by night time they were gone. Still, it was a fun few hours. Chatted, ate, and played Super Mario Odyssey.

Christmas Day? Feels like a Sunday. Nothing all that special today for the most part.
