Gains 400 ATK for each "HERO" monster in the GY. If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effects, you can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your GY instead. When this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.

 

I'm not sure if that is Chaos enough. I looked at it and probably didn't look hard enough for Fusion Chaos...

This monster can attack all Dragon monsters on your opponent's field, once each.

If you control a Ritual monster, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects during the Battle Phase. Non-Effect Ritual and Fusion monsters can attack your opponent directly, but all damage inflicted this way is halved.

 

A Fusion monster that breaks "Ascent of Fusion"

It's a Once per Duel Future Fusion for non-Effect Fusion monsters with named Materials, and revives any used Normal monster Materials when a non-Effect Fusion monster is Summoned, even if there were Materials that had effects (ie, when first activated, if you chose Dark Paladin, you'd dump both Dark Magician and Buster Blader, but only Dark Magician would be revived by Ascent).

Funnily enough, Dark Paladin isn't a compatible Fusion since it is not a non-Effect Fusion.

I know, but I couldn't think of any examples of a non-Effect Fusion with a named Material that was an effect monster. I mean, I found Skull Knight since, but . . .

 

Also, the funny thing is that Blue-Eyes would just use it with Ultimate for a free trio of Blue-Eyes White Dragons, which they would then probably do things with.
