F.A. Motorhome Transport

Level 9 LIGHT Machine Synchro Effect Monster

Materials: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters

Gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. Each time a “F.A.” Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can increase the Level of this card by 1. This card gains the following effect(s), based on its current Level.

• Level 11 or higher: Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

• Level 13 or higher: Once per turn: You can target 1 “F.A.” monster in your GY; Special Summon it.

 

 

 

The final effect is what makes this card decent, but right now it just feels like... if Deskbot Jet was an F.A. monster, but a little worse. That said, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to summon, just the question that I need to answer through testing and practice is how practical and easy it is to both summon this, and then get its level up to 13 as quickly as possible. It's also a shame this card doesn't interact terribly much with the field spells as far as destroying and procing them goes.

A LIGHT/Machine among WIND/Machines, huh. Intriguing. Could they eventually turn into a Poli-Attribute archetype, I wonder.

IDK what else to say about this card. It kinda feels out of theme with F.A.s and their Field Spell play. Also the Level11+ protection isn't that safe anymore. Would be funny to negate its effect somehow, dropping its ATK to 0 to inflict big damage.

yes its the first of its kinda to mention that. Now i wondering can we take advantage of that? Hmmm....

 

Im kinda disappointed on why this is LIGHT instead of WIND, which as mention shutting Windwitches as option. Im guess Konami want us to play this as pure as possible? Like they hope this deck not devolved into Windwitch variant 3.0 or something but given our current line up the last 2 cards (because if i remember correctly the news is that this and navigator is part of 4 card reveal) better be good

 

The effect seems ok i guess? I kinda dont like it require 2 level gain to having one. But Navigator provide us with field spell for 1st spell activation. So all we need is 1 of the quick plays to complete it...that is given you actually pull it of

In practice, this card is just... mediocre as-is. It's difficult to get the cards in hand to both summon this and get its level up to 13 practically. Hopefully the other 2 cards are good enough to make this happen, otherwise this card is really just nothing more than stats with meh protection. Pretty disappointing overall.
