Ryusei the Morning Star
FLOD-JP002 Prompt HornLevel 1 DARK Cyberse Effect MonsterATK 200DEF 400You can only use the effect of a card with this name once per turn.(1) You can Tribute 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster; Special Summon any number of Cyberse Normal Monsters from your Deck or Graveyard whose total Levels equal the Level of the Tributed monster, but they are banished during the End Phase. +1 basically. It'll swap a level 4 for a 2 lv 2 dutrons or 1 bitron and the lv 1 guy not bad, and can help further link summons
Premier Alexander Romanov
This is pretty great, considering how quickly Cyberses can get monsters out on the field via Special Summons. For instance, you could Normal Summon this, Special Summon Backup Secretary, then Tribute her to Special Summon 3 Protrons, at which point you could do Link Spider and Linkuriboh shenanigans for Skulldeat, or just go into a Firewall Dragon. Darj
Damn, this looks crazy good. It gives a nice application to Protron. Tribute a Level4 and you get to Summon 2 Protrons and 1 Bitron/1 Digitron for maximum plusing. And it even grabs them from the GY so you can worry less about having enough targets in the Deck to activate the effect. Level1 is nice for One-for-One, Arf Thou, etc. too. Atypical-Abbie
Well, this justifies the otherwise useless extra Normal Monsters, you could make a Deck out of this for sure. I do kind of wish it allowed for higher Levels though, would be nice to have more versatility for the future.
