Explanation of the "create" mechanic:

Its like making a token of an existing card, but the card stays in the duel once generated even if it leaves the field.

If this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Cyber-Realm" monster from your hand or GY. Once per turn: You can reveal 1 "Cyber-Realm" card from your hand or banish 1 from your GY; declare 4 different link monster names, except those of cards in your field, GY, or banished zone. Create and add to your extra deck 1 random monster from among those names. Then you can banish 1 monster from your hand, field or GY whose total level is less then or equal to the created monster's link rating +2 and if you do, link summon the created monster from your extra deck treating that banished monster as the material.

If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, you can normal summon/set this card without tributing. If only your opponent controls a monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). During each of your End Phases: Gain 400 LP for each monster you currently control. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Cyber-Realm" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

If this card is summoned: You can add 1 "Cyber-Realm" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Cyber-Realm Gatekeeper". You can only use this effect of "Cyber-Realm Gatekeeper" once per turn. During either player's Battle Step, while an attack is occurring: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the attack. You can only use the effect of "Cyber-Realm Gatekeeper" once per Duel.

If this card attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 300 ATK for each "Cyber-Realm" monster you control and in your GY during the Damage Step only. Once per turn this card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. During either player's turn, when 1 face-up monster you control (and no other cards) is targeted by a Spell Card, Trap Card, or card effect that could have targeted this card: You can activate this effect; that Spell/Trap/effect now targets this face-up card on the field, instead.

 

note: the ATK gain from this card's effect is recalculated if the number of "Cyber-Realm" monsters changes

When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand and if you do, negate the attack. Once per turn, when this card is targeted for an attack: Draw 1 card.

If you control no monsters and have 3 or more "Cyber-Realm" monsters in your GY and/or banished zone (combined) with different names: you can banish this card from your GY; declare 4 different link monster names, except those of cards in your field, GY, or banished zone. When your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a cards(s) you control while you control a "Cyber-Realm" card: negate the activation and if you do, destroy that card, then you can destroy 1 card on the field. If you have a "Cyber-Realm" monster in your Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; you take no damage this turn.
