[spoilersMonsters]

Dragonic Warrior (FIRE/Dragon/Effect/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 1000)
If the effect of a Spell/Trap Card already face-up on the field is activated, except during the Damage Step (Quick Effect): You can send that card on the field to the GY, then Special Summon this card from your hand. You must control a Dragon monster(s) to activate and to resolve this effect. You can only use this effect of "Dragonic Warrior" once per turn.

Spined Lindworm (WIND/Dragon/Effect/Level 4/ATK 1900/DEF 1200)
Cannot be used as material. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by revealing 1 Level 5 or higher Dragon monster in your hand. You can only Special Summon "Spined Lindworm" once per turn this way. If this card is Tributed for the Tribute Summon of a Dragon monster, that monster's effects on the field do not have to be activated.

Samsara Dragon (DARK/Dragon/Effect/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0)
During the Main Phase, if this card is in your GY (Quick Effect): You can target 1 other Dragon monster in your GY that can be Normal Summoned/Set, then banish 3 Dragon monsters in your GY with Levels including this card, and if you do; Special Summon that target, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Dragon monsters. You can only use this effect of "Samsara Dragon" once per turn.

Prairie Dragon (EARTH/Dragon/Effect/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 1800)
If exactly 1 Dragon monster with a Level is Normal or Special Summoned to your field, except "Prairie Dragon": You can Special Summon this card from your GY. If Special Summoned by this effect, banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "Prairie Dragon" once per turn.

Wish Dragon (LIGHT/Dragon/Effect/Level 2/ATK 700/DEF 100)
If you have not conducted your Normal Summon/Set this turn: You can Tribute this card from your hand or field, then Special Summon 2 "Dragon Tokens" (Dragon/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). Those Tokens cannot be used as materials or be Tributed, except for the Tribute Summon of a Dragon monster. You cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards for the rest of the turn you activate this effect. You can only use this effect of "Wish Dragon" once per turn.

Dragon-Mail Knight (WATER/Dragon/Effect/Level 4/ATK 1600/DEF 1900)
If you control 2 or more face-up Dragon monsters with Levels (Quick Effect): You can discard this card, then add 1 Level 5 or higher Dragon monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Dragon-Mail Knight" once per turn. If a Tribute Summoned Dragon monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.

Steel Dragoon (EARTH/Dragon/Effect/Level 5/ATK 2200/DEF 1300)
Cannot be Tributed. You can Tribute Summon up to 2 Dragon monsters in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Burning Dragon (FIRE/Dragon/Effect/Level 8/2500/DEF 2100)
You can only control 1 "Burning Dragon". Once per turn, if a Spell/Trap Card is Set face-down on the field while this card is face-up on the field, except during the Damage Step (Quick Effect): Destroy all Spell/Traps on the field, except face-up cards in the Pendulum Zone, and if you do, inflict damage to both players equal to the number of their cards destroyed this way x 500.

[spoilersSpells & Traps]

Dragonic Contract (Normal Spell Card)
Activate this card while all monsters you control are Dragon monsters (min. 1). Special Summon, from your Deck, 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon monster with a different name than any Dragon monster you currently control. You can only activate 1 "Dragonic Contract" per turn.

Dragon's Charge (Quick-Play Spell Card)
Activate this card if a Dragon monster(s) you control with a Level is destroyed by battle or card effect. Special Summon 1 Dragon monster from your hand whose Level is equal to or less than 1 of those destroyed monsters', except a monster with the same name as any of the destroyed monsters, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Dragon's Charge" per turn.

Guidance of Light and Darkness (Quick-Play Spell Card)
Banish 1 "Light and Darkness Dragon" from your hand or GY, then Special Summon as many Level 4 and lower Dragon monsters with different names as possible from your hand and/or GY. Those monsters gain 500 ATK/DEF, but they cannot attack directly. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Guidance of Light and Darkness" per turn.

Dragon Evolution (Normal Trap Card)
Tribute 1 Dragon monster with a Level; Special Summon, from your Deck, 1 Dragon monster that is 1 Level higher than the Tributed monsters'. If this card is in your GY, except the turn it is sent there: You can banish this card, then target 1 face-up Dragon monster you control with a Level; add 1 Dragon monster from your Deck to your hand that is 1 Level higher than that target. You can only use each effect of "Dragon Evolution" once per turn.

Dragon Gust (Normal Trap Card)
Activate this card while all monsters you control are Dragon monsters (min. 1). For the rest of this turn, neither player can activate Spell/Trap Cards, except cards that include an effect that lists Dragon monsters. You cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this card, except Dragon monsters. You can only activate 1 "Dragon Gust" per turn.

Immortal Dragon (Normal Trap Card)
Activate this card by targeting 1 Dragon monster that can be Normal Summoned/Set in either GY or that is banished. Special Summon that target to your field in Attack Position. During the End Phase of the turn you activate this card, return that monster to the hand. You can only activate 1 "Immortal Dragon" per turn.

I had a weird Idea; what if Konami actually wanted to bring back Dragons but were too lazy to make new cards. I know, just make some of Chazz Princeton's cards from the manga, with a little bit of support for Light and Darkness Dragon. To start off, most of the Level 4 or lower Dragons and almost all the Spells/Traps here specialize on swarming the field to be Tributes for a Tribute Summon (specifically for Dragon monsters) as in the cases of Wish Dragon, Prairie Dragon, Spined Lindworm as well as Dragonic Contract, Dragon's Charge, and Immortal Dragon. There's also a hint of Spell/Trap stun focusing on negation and field removal with cards like Dragonic Warrior, Burning Dragon, and Dragon Gust to try to prevent your opponent from disrupting your Deck and because Dragons overall don't have many good answers to Spells/Traps. Dragon-Mail Knight, Steel Dragoon, and Dragon Evolution are unique as they focus on generically helping higher Level Dragons. Dragon-Mail Knight searches them, Steel Dragoon allows for 2 additional Tribute Summons of your Dragons per turn, and Dragon Evolution is a Trap version of Transmodify specifically for Dragons that also searches from the Deck when its effect is activated in the GY. Basically, these cards are meant to help Dragons become more like Monarchs and with that you could use some cards that Monarchs frequently use like The Monarchs Stormforth to help quickly bring out some of the biggest and best Dragons in the entire game.
