[spoiler=zzz]Basically, just meant to be a card you can summon with a single tuner that does... Something.

 

Overall, it just gives Glow-Up Bulb's utility to other tuners with worse levels. Sort of meant to be similar to Needlefiber as well, giving you the ability to access any tuner in your Grave in exchange for requiring prior setup to work.

 

Probably broken by the sheer fact that it's a 1-tuner card that points downward, but que cera cera.

Before we had Linkuriboh to make Glow-Up (and Jet Synchron to an extent as well) a one card Needlefiber

 

This card makes every other tuner that summons a token such as O-Lion and Steam the Cloak a one card Needlefiber. These cards might become preferred to Glow-Up Bulb since Bulb is "Once per duel" but these ones aren't and Steam has a neat GY effect to boot.

 

I guess you could, not saying you would, use Instant Fusion to summon Sea Monster of Theseus, Link into this card, tribute itself to summon Sea Monster of Theseus back so it's out of the Extra monster Zone and it won't be destroyed during the end phase.

 

Frankly doesn't enable new broken combos, just more way to access the old broken combos, which is cool.
