Neo-Spacian Rework ( Completing the original fusions / Making old cards better )

This is a thing I have been working on for a long while. Seeing all the love that konami gave to gladiator beasts makes neo-spacians a sad sight, even back in the day. These were some support card ideas and retrains I had for the cards that they have, to fill out the roster of neo-spacian evolutions and their neo evolutions. One thing to note is that not all the cards here are of my creation, some were already released. I am putting them here to make this easier to understand. I have listed the cards already created showing exactly which ones already existed ( note I don't include the chrysalis, mainly because they are kinda meh. Please give your thoughts on these cards below

Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird

Wind / Level 3 / Winged Beast / Effect

800 attack / 600 defense

 

Once per turn: You can gain 500 Life Points for each card in your opponent’s hand.

 

Neo-Spacian Sky Hummingbird

Wind / Level 4 / Winged Beast / Fusion / Effect

1000 attack / 800 defense

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with “NEX”. Once per turn; you can gain 400 lifepoints for every card in your opponent’s hand, field, and graveyard

 

Elemental HERO Air Neos

Wind / Level 7 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) While your life points are lower than your opponent’s, this card gains attack equal to the difference. During the end phase: Shuffle this card into the extra deck.

 

Elemental HERO Sky Neos

Wind / Level 8 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2000 attack / 2000 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Sky Hummingbird”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) Once per turn you can gain 300 lifepoints for every card in your opponent’s hand, field, and graveyard, then this card gains attack equal to the amount of lifepoints gained by this card’s effect. When this card battles your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the damage step.

 

Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin

Water / Level 3 / Warrior / Effect

600 attack / 800 defense

 

Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; look at your opponent’s hand and choose 1 Monster Card in it. If you control a monster with attack greater than or equal to the attack of the chosen card, destroy the chosen card and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Otherwise, take 500 damage.

 

Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin

Water / Level 4 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

900 attack / 1100 defense

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with “NEX”. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; look at your opponent’s hand and choose 1 Monster Card in it. If you control a monster with attack greater than or equal to the attack of the chosen card, destroy the chosen card and inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

 

ELemental HERO Aqua Neos

Water / Level 7 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) Once per turn: You can destroy 1 random card in your opponent’s hand.

 

Neo-Spacian Dark Panther

Dark / Level 3 / Beast / Effect

1000 attack / 500 defense

 

Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; until the end phase, while you control this face-up card, this card’s name and effects become those of that target.

 

Neo-Spacian Dark Beast

Dark / Level 4 / Beast / Fusion / Effect

1400 attack / 1000 defense

 

This card cannot be special summoned except with “NEX”. Once per turn; you can negate the effect of one monster your opponent controls until the end phase, then this card gains the name and effect of the monster whose effect was negated.

 

Elemental HERO Dark Neos

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Dark Panther”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) If this card is not already targeting a monster with its effect: You can target 1 face-up Effect monster on the field; while you control this face-up card, that target’s effect on the field is negated. During the end phase: Shuffle this card into the extra deck

 

Elemental HERO Shadow Neos

2600 attack / 2400 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Dark Panther”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) Once per turn (quick effect); you can negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls. While this card is on the field this card gains the names and effects of all monsters your opponent controls and in their graveyard.

 

Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab

Fire / Level 3 / Insect / Effect

500 attack / 500 defense

 

This card gains 400 attack for each Spell / Trap Card your opponent controls.

 

Neo-Spacian Volcanic Scarab

Fire / Level 4 / Insect / Fusion / Effect

800 attack / 800 defense

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with “NEX”. This card gains 400 attack for each card your opponent controls

 

Elemental HERO Flare Neos

Fire / Level 7 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neos-Spacian Flare Scarab”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) This card gains 400 attack for each Spell and Trap card on the field. During the end phase: shuffle this card into the extra deck.

 

Elemental Hero Volcanic Neos

Fire / Level 8 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2000 attack / 1800 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Volcanic Scarab”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) This card gains 200 attack for each card in your opponent’s hand, field, and graveyard. When this card battles, your opponent cannot activate card’s or effects until the end of the damage step.

 

Neo-Spacian Glow Moss

Light / Level 3 / Plant / Effect

300 attack / 900 defense

 

When this card attacks or is attacked: Your opponent draws 1 card. Reveal it, and based on its type apply this effect.

  • Monster: End the Battle Phase

  • Spell: If this card is attacking, you can change it to a direct attack instead.

  • Trap: Change this card to defense position

 

Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss

Light / Level 4 / Plant / Fusion / Effect

500 attack / 1100 defense

 

This card cannot be special summoned except with “NEX”. When this card attacks or is attacked, draw 1 card. Reveal that card, and based on its type apply the proper effect:

  • Monster: End the Battle Phase

  • Spell: If this card is attacking, you can change it to a direct attack instead.

  • Trap: Change this card to defense position

 

Elemental HERO Glow Neos

Light / Level 7 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Glow Moss”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) During the end phase: Shuffle this card into the extra deck. During your main phase 1: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy that target then apply the effect based on its type

  • Monster: This card cannot attack this turn

  • Spell: This card can attack your opponent directly this turn

  • Trap: Change this card to defense position

 

Elemental HERO Twinkle Neos

Light / Level 8 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

 

“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss”

 

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) Once per turn; you can draw 2 cards. Reveal those cards, then apply one of the following effects depending on the type of cards drawn.

  • Monster: your opponent cannot summon or set monsters during their next turn

  • Spell / Trap: your opponent cannot activate nor set spells and traps during their next turn

 

Neo-Spacian Grand Mole

Earth / Level 3 / Rock / Effect

900 attack / 300 defense


At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent’s monster: You can return both the opponent’s monster and this card to the hand.


Neo-Spacian Titan Mole

Earth / Level 4 / Rock / Fusion / Effect

1200 attack / 500 defense


This card cannot be Special Summoned except with “NEX”. Once per turn; you can return 1 monster your opponent controls to the hand.


Elemental HERO Grand Neos

Earth / Level 7 / Rock / Fusion / Effect

2500 attack / 2000 defense

Elemental HERO Titan Neos

Earth / Level 8 / Warrior / Fusion / Effect

2800 attack / 2000 defense


“Elemental HERO Neos” + “Neo-Spacian Titan Mole”


Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) Once per turn; you can return all monsters your opponent controls to the hand. During the turn you activate this effect, all damage your opponent takes is halved.

Neos Universe

Spell - Field

 

This card’s name becomes “Neo Space” while on the field and in the graveyard. When this card is activated special summon 1 “Elemental HERO Neos” from your deck, hand, graveyard, or from your banished cards. Fusion monsters you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent’s cards and effects. During each end phase fusion monsters that list “Elemental HERO Neos” as a fusion material monster do not have to activate their effects to shuffle them into the extra deck. During either players turn, you can return 1 fusion monster that lists “Elemental HERO Neos” as a fusion material to the extra deck: special summon the fusion materials listed on it from your hand, deck, or graveyard.

 

This is an errata for NEX, given that it doesn't work very well for the neo-spacians. This change is for the best for them ( especially given that grand mole is limited )

Send 1 face-up “Neo-Spacian” monster you control to the graveyard: special summon 1 Level 4 monster with the same name from your extra deck

 

NEX ( Changed )

Spell - Normal

 

Send 1 face-up “Neo-Spacian” monster you control to the graveyard: special summon 1 Level 4 “Neo-Spacian” monster with the same attribute from your extra deck

 

Neos Training Grounds

Spell - Continuous

 

When this card is activated, add 1 “Neo-Spacian” monster from your deck or graveyard to your hand. Once per turn, you can either reveal 1 “Elemental HERO Neos” in your hand or target 1 “Elemental HERO Neos” in your graveyard: special summon 1 “Neo-Spacian from your hand or graveyard. During the turn this effect was activated, you cannot normal summon or set monsters, except “Neo” monsters.

 

Neos Domination

Trap - Continuous

 

Activate by revealing 3 “Neo” monsters from your deck with different names, including at least 1 “Neo-Spacian” monster. Your opponent chooses 1 for you to add to your hand, then special summon the other 2 to your field . During the turn this effect was activated, you cannot summon monsters, except for “Neo” monsters. During each end phase, you can reveal 1 fusion monster in your extra deck that lists “Elemental HERO Neos”: special summon 1 fusion material listed on that fusion monster from your hand or graveyard.
