Final Hypergunner Dragonlord

So it's been a while since I have made a Pendulum Xyz, as well as a Duel winner, so why not both? This card is a Rank 4, Scale 0 with an effect that quickly placed it in your Pendulum Zone, plus you get to destroy opponent's cards if you just want to keep it as a monster. When you Pendulum Summon 3 or more monsters, you place a Final Counter on the card, and if you get 3 on it, you win the Duel.

Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn, if you have no cards in your other Pendulum Zone: You can place 1 Pendulum Monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone. Each time you Pendulum Summon 3 or more monsters, place 1 Final Counter on this card. When 3 Final Counters are on this card, you win the Duel.

Monster Effect:

3 Level 4 monsters
If you can Pendulum Summon Level 4, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; destroy as many cards in your Pendulum Zone as possible, then destroy cards your opponent controls up to the number destroyed. Once per turn, if this card is in your Extra Monster Zone: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

Interesting, it's effect is nice, The initial cost is a bit steep but afterward, you have a monster you can pendulum summon, (after you blow up your scales) place in your scale and complete them again.

Pendulum Magicians have Harmonising Magician so this card isn't the hardest to pull off. The win condition is a bit awkward in that deck since they need to use the full 3 turns to get it off, but they want to pop wavering eyes and maybe use low scales as well.

Question is for Pendulum Magicians is it worth going into this with 3 monster or an Omega and (half of a) Timestar? It can pay for itself in later turns no doubt but it's a little slow.

The only card in the game that allows you to do multiple Pendulum summonses is Zefraath but there are many problems with that

  • Zefra decks only play him for his pendulum effect, rarely actually summon him
  • He can only pendulum Zefra monster so you need a high Zefra count to pull off this effect
  • He's an Xyz so the materials go to the GY which is really not desired in Zefra
  • You need generally need 2-3 zones open to trigger this effect (especially in the later turns), basically MR4

But I suppose it's one of the more practical Win Conditions that gives your opponents time to out it just to be fair.

Overall would be fun to try and pull it off
