tbh it's totally random. There's events that can happen for days, nights, bloodbath, etc etc and they just plug the names into them at random. It'd be great to have a more specific one but I assume that'd be tough.

I assumed you get a higher chance of dying if you have more kills? Or more likely to form groups. Kinda like the actual hunger games

I don't THINK so, though it'd be cool if there were some kind of "customized probability" thing.

The only district that still has more than one member left is Fire Emblem, which I guess is to be expected.
